Performances and Features:
- The motor power of the machine is 1.5Kw , and the output is 1500 to 3500 pcs . non-grade speed adjustment per hour .
- The machine boasts of the automatic track function to keep the transmission belt and the inverses of the knitting bags from sticking color.
- The transmission belt adopts imported PVC oil rubber composite ,featured even width , no sagging , non-penetration , and wondrously desirable effect.
- The machine is matched with double functions of automatic clutch and foot clutch.
Use Guide:
- Connect power supply, and a null wire . Make the machine run normally (notice the null wire must be fastened)
- There is a starting-point line on each big barrel , and those lines and the forefront line of printing object are the same line when printing .
- According to the front line distance of printing object , word register and pattern stick in the same distance afterward the starting point.
- Fiber sticking adopts double-face glue , with 4mm width of word register.
- Add ink into the ink hooper according to the color needed . When printing , use rubber roll to press gently the roller . (Notice : If the pressure is too heavy , rubber roll and roller will be damaged , please refer to Adjustment Diagram).
- If the transmission belt runs abnormally , you can adjust rear tranmission pipe .
